Corporate Shoot in D.C. area in late January

We are bidding on a job here in Seattle for a client that also needs some 'talking heads' shot in D.C. for intros to training modules. Timeframe is late January. This is a lower budget job so there's no money to fly us out there so I'm looking for someone with experience in the area who would be available during that time. So here's the scoop:

2 people in the same location (exact location TBD, but likely a conference room)
Shot in HDV
Full professional lighting kit
High quality audio
Backdrop may be needed
Teleprompter (script provided by client)

Each video will be edited down to about 2-3 minutes so the actual time shooting each individual should be fairly short. You will spend more time setting up and tearing down than actually filming! Tapes will be sent directly to me for editing. I need bids and similar examples ASAP so we can bid on the job.

Sorry....I forgot to subscribe to this thread! There is no firm date yet...it will be a weekday probably the last week of January and they'll have to work between the shooter and talent's availability.
